01The service

NOMIA reads fiscal receipts, structures them and helps you understand your spending. The app is in early access: features may change and availability is not guaranteed.

By joining the waitlist you agree to receive an email when early access opens. You can ask to be removed at any time.

02Your account

You must be at least 18 to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

03Your content

Receipts and data you upload remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to process them and provide the service. We do not use them for advertising and we do not sell them.

04Ownership of the service

The app, the website, the NOMIA brand and our content belong to NOMIA. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use them under these terms.

05Not financial advice

NOMIA's summaries, comparisons and suggestions are informational and based on the data you enter. They are not financial, tax or legal advice and guarantee no outcome. Receipt reading may contain errors; check important values.

06Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, upload content that is not yours, access it by automated means without permission, or attempt to interfere with its operation.

07Termination

You can close your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, with notice where possible.

08Liability

The service is provided "as is" during early access. To the extent permitted by law, NOMIA is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

09Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page and material changes are notified by email. Albanian law applies; disputes are resolved by the courts of Tirana. Contact: abardulla002@gmail.com.
